My credit card is being declined

Occasionally we have seen that some users have trouble processing their credit card payment. We've seen there be a few reasons for this:

  1. Credit Card company is blocking because of jurisdiction
  2. Credit Card limit has been reached
  3. Credit card is not campatible with EquitySim's processing integration

How to troubleshoot

  1. Call your credit card company for instances 1 + 2
  2. Try using a different computer
  3. If 1+2 don't work, you will need to borrow someone else's card and pay them back via cash/etransfer.
