Yes. Data is kept confidential between EquitySim and the user at all times. If you're familiar with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) we act in complete compliance with it.
No data is provided directly to partnered firms, without permission from the student. If a student is identified for any internship or full-time job opportunities we require the student’s consent before moving forward with showcasing the data to firms.
This allows students to control which firms they want to showcase themselves to, and which they do not, as well as what performance data is shown to the firms.
Know that applications to internship opportunities are done manually, not automatically.
